Access Token issue

I am getting issue connecting: Oops - the access token for this organisation has not been authorised or has been revoked. Please re-connect the organization: Nomiworld Limited by using the Add Organisation button in the DataDear toolbar.
Follow instructions on screen to have this re-connected.
Have tried re-connecting but same problem persists.

Can you delete the organisation completed and then reconnect?

There is no organisation showing in my DataDear dashboard.
