Account Transactions report not appending new transactions

On Xero, we have classified all the individual transactions such that when I run the Profit and Loss and compare using the two tracking categories, all the transactions are assigned.

When I run the account transactions using Datadear using the date range, I can see some of the transactions do not the updated tracking category. However, when I do click on the API link, it is updated. Please can you take a look at this.
