Can't save company details for billing

I couldn’t save the company details on your website for billing?

Thank you for getting in touch.

Changing / adding a billing email address or additional billing information is very easy and for security reasons, we prefer this is done directly by the DataDear account owner from the Web Dashboard.

This can be done in 4 steps:

  • Login to DataDear Dashboard (or use the link in DataDear toolbar)
  • Click on the Account tab
  • Click on Add / Change Billing details
  • Change the required information and Click on the Edit Details button
