Change in Admin user




We need to change the admin user in Datadear as the existing admin left the company and now we would like to add a general email as an admin login email.

Thank you for getting in touch.

Changing account ownership is very easy and for security reasons, we prefer this is done directly by the DataDear account owner from the Web Dashboard. Kindly refer to this article to learn how to change the DataDear account owner.

This can be done in 3 steps:

  • Existing account owner sends an invite to user (which will become the new account owner)
  • User accepts invite and creates account with DataDear
  • Existing account owner changes the account ownership to this new user

Thank you for the feedback. However, my situation is the account owner has left the company and we have no access to the account owner’s login details.

How do can I change the account owner to a company’s general email if I have no access to the main account?
