Changing column order or building own report

Good morning,

Could someone please point me in the direction of how to build your own reports in Excel or reorder columns as I am trying to create a ‘Payment details’ report in the right format to upload to our bank.

I can’t find anything in the help files, thank you.

Reports and data tables downloaded from DataDear can be changed in a number of ways but there are some rules to follow. I suggest looking at the following resources:

On using the Payment Details option, it is important you have a look at this article How do I use the Xero Payment details for SEPA/BACS/CHAPS report? as there are some assumptions when building that report. If there is a different format not in the provided list, we would be happy to include it in the list of banks.
