Data cannot be found

I keep getting this message: The remote endpoint has indicated that no data can be found.
I have gone through all the steps shown in help files but still it appears when I refresh, I have deleted, re-added name by going to HMRC direct but it still will not show the date of the period to be submitted, anyone help with this.

Is anyone out there able to help as my deadline is getting close, hello support?
