DataDear Problem



Earlier today, DataDear experienced connectivity issues which did not allow Excel to open DataDear and instead this message was showing when trying to open Excel:


The web Dashboard was also giving a similar error.

Our engineers started working on the case immediately and all services have been restored. If you are still experiencing any problems, please let us know.

It is recommended to restart Excel in case you are still having problems with opening DataDear.
