The upgrade has been completed and all services have been restored.
We have recently identified an issue with the performance of DataDear to be unresponsive. This has also led to some users experiencing problems to use DataDear.
The team has given this priority and have identified a solution to address this problem Over the last few days this has been tested and has been given the green light to move to production. This is being upgraded tonight within a special upgrade window.
The upgrade will take around 1 hour during which DataDear will be unavailable. The add-in will update automatically once you open Excel after the release is completed.
