UPDATE 2: All DataDear services have been fully restored thanks to the support of engineers from the Azure team. A seperate investigation is currently underway to determine the root cause of the problem and to ensure this does not happen again.
UPDATE: The issue has been identified as an infrastructure problem, which is the Azure service on which the DataDear application is running. Microsoft Azure engineers are assisting the DataDear team to resolve the issue. There is no ETA at this stage as investigations are still ingoing.
DataDear is currently unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances which are currently being investigated. Our engineers have given this top priority and are currently looking into identifying and resolving the issue.
