Error message when running account transactions - Access token has not been authorised or has been revoked

Hello,

I’m constantly getting the below message when running the account transactions report in Excel using DataDear Add In for all the entities:

Oops - the access token for this organisation has not been authorised or has been revoked. Please re-connect the organization: XXXXXX by using the Add Organisation button in the DataDear toolbar.
Follow instructions on screen to have this re-connected.

Still getting this messages after re-installing the latest version of Data Dear Excel add-in of Xero .

Can you please help me resolve this issue urgently? It’s affecting the month end reporting.
