Error when logging in



When I click on the login button within the DataDear addon tab I get this error message “Oops… something went wrong. If the problem persist, please contact support”.

I have tried uninstalling the add-on and the re-installing but that didn’t help/

Can you please advise how can I resolve this ?

Are you connected to the internet when opening Excel? The DataDear Add-in requires an internet connection to check for any updates, and to talk with the software we connect to. This error message is typically when a user is not connected to the internet. If not, can you look at the following help articles please;
