Error while trying to post the template data

Hi
I am trying to post to XERO, but get an error saying, an error occurred while trying to post the template data
without anything else
also says if problem persists contact support
no idea what the issue could be or how to contact support

Can you kindly try running the report again and click the Report a problem button in excel? This will open a ticket and we can look into the issue further.

Thanks so much, just tried his, and had an error sending the error report - please contact support

Can you please send us the excel file via email on support@datadear.com.

Can you also go to File explorer and at the top write in %appdata% then go to >Scope SaaS > DataDear>logs and send us the TXT file called DataDear.
