HMRC Error Message: "The remote Endpoint has indicated that no data can be found"

When submitting the MTD VAT Return I do not receive confirmation of submission and I receive the following error message. This is the second quarter that I have not received any confirmation or receipt. Any ideas what I’m doing wrong?
