Login details rejected

I used DataDear MTD VAT facility successfully for the last two quarters but today when I use the login button on the template my details are rejected.
I can successfully use those details to login to https://apps.datadear.com/ where I’ve been able to change my password and I’ve tried downloading the app and the template again without success.

I rebooted my PC and tried again - all went well
