I cannot fully understand what is written on those messages. Have you tried to reconnect the organisation?

What causes this to occur?

Hi Lance

The Xero api was down yesterday and that has caused some connections / handshakes between DataDear (& other apps) and Xero to be lost. More info on Xeroโ€™s status can be found here:
