On refresh, populates the VRN box with the name of the account

We submit monthly VAT returns and use DataDear to submit digitally. Every month there is an issue that needs resolving, and this month is no exception.

Using the DataDear template when I enter the VRN and hit ‘refresh’ it then populates the VRN box with the name of the account? So of course when I try to refresh again it says the ‘provided VRN is invalid’. I have tried using the same sheet and the same thing happens.

Where is it picking up the data for the VRN field on the website? I have look at our account online and there isn’t anywhere I can see where it would come from?
