Post Contacts template DDApiException

Hi Guys,
I’m trying to post the Contacts template to xero na d keep getting this error.
DDApiException(errorCode=OAUTH_ERROR, tokenId …)

I can post all other templates, i have reconnected and redownloaded the template etc, but still no luck.
what else can i do?
