Problem with tracking codes

Hi All

When I try and refresh in Xero I get the following message:

“The report you are trying to generate depends on the number of tracking options available for this company. Due to high number of options…”

I have been running this report for two years and the number of tracking options hasn’t changed. Any idea why this is now appearing?

Sorry accountsetc, I don’t have a solution to your problem although I’m replying as I am experiencing the same issue. I can’t seem to get around it. Did you find a solution at all?


Hi Christine.
No problem. It resolved itself overnight i.e.I shut the PC down and the next morning it worked fine. Not sure if the issue was with Datadear or Xero.
