Refresh Button Not Available

I have been using DataDear for MTD for VAT since its release. On logging in this time, the refresh button does not appear (see below). This means that I can’t update the date range or submit my return

I can select my company from the drop down, and have both re-authorised this with HMRC, and also deleted the company from your servers and reinstalled. Finally, I’ve deleted the DataDear app and reinstalled.

It may look like DataDear is not recognising the sheet as an official template. Can you please check if the refresh works when you download the template again from the Templates Library. If this works, then you will need to move everything to the new template.

Yes - this seems to have solved the problem. Working OK again now on the latest version of the template.
