Subscription Problem

Hi I recently subscribed to Datadear but my account was deleted I have seen 2 withdrawals from my credit card account. I have logged back into my account but Data dear still has me on 30 days trial. i don’t want to go back in with my card details again as it will deduct another set of monies from my account. Who do I contact about billing issues? There does not seem to be any information
