The access token for this organisation has not been authorised or has been revoked

Hi All,

We’re currently experiencing an issue whereby, if one user is in a company running reports, the next user who logs into that same company to run the report, is not able to.
If the user updates a report, it will only work once, and the next time no other user can access the company or run any other report.

The error received is:
“The access token for this organisation has not been authorised or has been revoked.”

All users have the same rights and access.
All companies are added correctly.

The users are logging in via Xero into DataDear.
