Our company has recently started using Datadear through Xero. Recently while using this to refresh current sheet (Quick) on the TB on our accounts excel spreadsheet the following message keeps appearing:
‘Oops - the access token for this organisation has not been authorised or has been revoked. Please re-connect the organisation: xxx by using the Add Organisation button in the Datadear toolbar.
Follow Instructions on screen to have this re-connected’
With other sets of accounts I have had no issue with the Refresh Current Sheet (Quick) button. However this is no longer the case. Does anyone know a fix to this?
