Trouble pulling data to management report - access token has not been authorised or has been revoked

:space_invader: What is the problem you need to solve?
I am trying to pull data into the management report but it keeps saying that the access token has not been authorised or has been revoked and to reconnect the organisation? I logout and log back in and nothing changes. I have also tried multiple ways to import data and no luck.

What accounting software are you using?
