Unable to access datadear report after ex-admin account deleted

Hi Team

I have recently been transferred ownership of Datadear by the outgoing Datadear owner / admin of the Company. We deleted his datadear account after his exit. However, since then we were unable to access the datadear report with an “Oops” error. But then I found out that the connection between Xero and datadear broke and I reconnected the same. Since then, all of the team are able to access the datadear reports except me who is the owner of datadear.
