Windows XP and Excel 2003

Realise I am somewhat of a dinosaur still using Windows XP and Excel 2003 but we have very few transactions for preparing our VAT returns and it serves our purposes.

Will DataDear MTD work with Excel 2003 on Windows XP and the Excel add-in for submitting VAT returns to HMRC.

Hi @PAJ333

I’m afraid you will not be able to install DataDear on that version of Excel so I do not see this as a good fit for what you require.

Thank you for your message. Thats a shame, thought DataDear was going to provide the answer for filing VAT returns with HMRC using our existing version of Excel under the MTD requirements.
