When I run the multiple period TB report, the Xero account codes in column A are downloading in text and not number format. This stops Vlookups from running properly. I have to manually convert the column each time I refresh the template.
Is there an easy way to change this in DataDear or is an excel issue.
Solved this issue. I just added an column and used ‘=value()’ formula and linked the vlookups to that.

DataDear cannot change this into a number as Xero allows any alphanumeric character to be used in this field. Hence it will need to be resolved as you indicated if only numbers are used.
